Good news but...now is one of the greatest time for me to kinda run out of steam in this contest...UGH!

I hesitate to say that I'm even halfway done. Dunno whether I'll be able to finish this on time...

someone asked me a question about this contest and I tought it was a pretty good question .. he asked if I want to ask it for him because he want to keep secret (he don't want that other know he participate).
is it legal to use trackture?
so for example use a wooden coaster track as roof, that track isn't hacked so normally you would say it is allowed ... but someone said that spare train track isn't allowed so I ask.

In the other Cell contest, there was a coaster, used as scenery. So it was not open to the public.
Now, as the rues explicitly say `one coaster per cell`, this second one in the cell was against the rules, even tough peeps could not ride it, for it can still influence peeps/thoughts about rides in the park.

Just trackitecture seems different, but only Becky can decide on this one, so have patience for a few more days please.

I really hope she answers soon .... if trackture is allowed I think a spare train track should be allowed to ... just a piece of track near another track ... but that's beter to edit than a whole building with trackture

Why the entry was disqualified was because he built a complete coaster with a ride entrance and exit and just had it closed. That wasn't allowed...since it was a complete coaster that was just closed.

Trackitecture is fine...

Spare train tracks are also fine...

Basically, anything except what I have described above...if it has an entrance and exit...its a ride, whether its closed or open.

Since i was a big fan of the Cell Contests before (yes i made it in the top 3 twice in the past), i wish i had had a chance to do it again this year. However, for various reasons, i was not able to, but i am anxious to see the result!!!!

I guess you mean cell-contests on another site?

For on RCTspace it is only the second year this one is running (and I happen to know last year's winner and entrants....)

But yes, I remember Becky telling she had the idea from somewhere in the past,..... so pity you could not make one.
Neither could I this year, which I regret very much, as it is a great concept and much fun to do!
May be next year?

I remember your cell entry that I think won? I remember it had colorful buildings and islands...RCT1 of course!

I wish the Station downloads were still available somewhere because I would like to see that one again...if you have it, please post it in the loading zone rbarclay!!

I might want to look into my old archived files. And you are refering to my park Rainbow Islands. Yes, it was a set of colourfull islands. I think it was RCT2 though... but i'll double check.
