Yes, mods are those staff members who are here to help make things run smoothly. One of their duties is checking the IP addresses of new members to make sure they aren't duplicate's of current members, since having duplicate accounts here is breaking the TOS rules and can lead to one getting banned from the site. We do other stuff like watching for other member's who might be assisiting a member commit a fraud with a duplicate account and make sure they also are delt with for breaking TOS rules. We try to do lot's of other things here too, so you can see how having to deal with stuff like this would tend to make us real unhappy, huh? LOL! But some silly people think they can get away with anything! LOL!
