The Ridex v2 is still online. Although the error message appears, rides are still uploaded, but your upload counter is not increased. I'll increase upload counters manually once I have resolved this.

RCT2.com is still being referenced in the skin, and there are other known skin errors. These will be ironed out over the next few days.
glad to see it fixed, but perhaps you can clean up a couple of minor changes. There are still references to RCT2.com shouldnt they now say rctspace.com ?
Instead of the next few days been spent ironing out skin problems, I had this bug fix to tackle instead.

There is nothing wrong with ride exchange. There are some requirements before you can download a lot of the rides...Take a look at the beginnng of this thread and you will read some information you need:

It is the ride "exchange". Implying that you put some in - you take some out. That's whay they are not all in the Downloads section. It is a benefit for members - the more active - the more benefit. There is a major problem with the download stats. First off, it only allows you to download one track per hr. The second is that I haven't downloaded a track in over 2 hrs and yet it says I have in thee past hr. I just discovered this site a few days ago and would like to download the tracks at a much faster pace than one per hr.
The number you can download per hour is based on your post count plus the number of coasters you have uploaded.
Sorry if that is inconvenient for you, but it is how we operate the exchange.
