The pth files need to be in the same directory as the pathmaker.exe, as do the .txt files. The pth files are the path/railing/queue support types, and if you don't have them there then you cannot set the path type.what are the .pth files for? what do you do with them?
and how do you make paths like buggy made?
You can create new path/railings/support types by exporting them.

My suggestion is to either change the color/brightness of the stairs to match your flat tile, or map it yourself and then go into Dr. J's editor and replace the four stairs.
