If sonicoaster or Cryptox want to challenge you and they do so before February 1st, I will allow it..
You don't get a bye exactly...because if you don't get challenged you will move down

Up to you...I just need it sent to me by February 28....but you can't release the entry or show it either since its a contest entry, so keep that in mind too.
