Is there anywhere that lists how many files you can d/l per hour with the number of posts and uploads you have? I can currently d/l 1 per hour (being new and all ), and at that current rate, it would take over 2 months of no sleep to get them all!! And that's assuming no other ones were added in that time. I'm not very good at making coasters, and I'd hate to start uploading what everyone would think of as total slop (especially given the talent of some others on the site) to be able to d/l more often. Thanks.

Not sure this deserves to be in the 'bugs' topic.

You automatically get 1 d/l per hour as a new member. For every upload, you get an extra d/l per hour, and for every 10 posts you contribute to the community you get another d/l per hour. (Some forums don't increase your post count).

So d/l per hour = 1+ uploads + int(posts/10).

I appreciate that this may mean that it takes a long time to download a lot of rides, but:

• we have very powerful search features that you can use to find just what you're looking for
• we don't have this limit on RCT1 rides, and many of them work with RCT2
• we have hundreds of RCT1 rides available in a single download at http://www.rct2.com/...tion=file&id=31 where there are no restrictions on d/l per hour. Thw rides available in that download can be seen at http://www.rct2.com/.....20Read Me.htm

i had a problem, i uploaded a ridei had a problem, i uploaded a ride, it's called 'death coaster' and you can see its stats, 0.1 intensity??? 11.5 excite? it had 655.52 excite, and 50 intensity (guess i made a record breaker...) and 601 mph...

This is actually a bug in the GAME. Our Ride Exchange reads the E/I/N ratings from the track file that you upload. The game cannot store those values ijn the track files because there are not enough 'bits'.

The Ride Exchange v2 was updated today to version v2.12 to make it compatible with the new server's folder layout, and to get rid of an irritating bug 'under the covers' that has had me foxed for over 2 years!

What were you searching for - I just did a search on Coasters, RCT2 only, by Track Length - and had no problem.

Did you try a second time, or a different search?

Ive tried several searches, and it doesnt happen everytime. I cant figure a pattern.
