Other areas need to be worked out. Like the roofs to the structures that I believe LDW created... somehow... their gone. (Honestly, I have no idea how that happened. But I think I can make better w/AC units & utilities)...
also, a few edges of some structures got shaved, here & there when I was working on Transporter, and deleting with the bulldozer a few days back. I have the ORIGINAL park file, and I'll take some pics of the areas I want to rebuild, so that they'll be as close as possible to the original McCoy.
Note to all: -Including myself...
Please leave some SPACE between structures. Those 3-D signs are an OBJECT, not a wall. So when you build a track on the same tile, the sign get's axed.
I'll keep you guys posted on the "rebuild".
Luketh, there's PUH-lenty of room left to create your own area. I don't plan on building any more new attractions. But if need be, I'll create some structures and probably do some supports if they're needed.
Lots to do. I better get hot.

Cool! I gotta admit, I like your supporting. I was going to complete it after I got the park back as its the most frustrating thing to do in RCT2 for me. The custom supports are just annoying!
When building supports, what you gotta do is start just beneath the track and work your way down.
EVEN WITH THE STRAIGHT VIRTICAL SUPPORTS!
Do the ZC thing to connect to the track spine FIRST. Because using zc to loft a support object THROUGH a stack of support objects seems to CAUSE ghosts OF that object. And you know what a bite it is to get rid of ghosts.
So start at the top and work down. That's somthing I discovered recently.

It's nice, whilst I say about a realism as long as the coaster has flow I dont really care. And this does flow nicely.
Nice work

It annoys me how with your coasters I always see the first half and think, finally he has done a realistic design, and then the 2nd half isnt realistic at all

MAKE your post WORTH the effort. BE constructive. Because I WOULD like to make some realistic tracks. Or is that an unreachable standard that exists only in a few peoples minds? It annoys ME how a small, handful of people complain about how my coasters don't look "realistic". And then they don't offer suggestions on how to IMPROVE.
Remember rule #1. (above) When you want to give feedback, please make it constructive. Always try to say why you like or don't like something.
So to those people who comment, yet don't suggest ways of improvement, I would prefer to hear nothing at all, than just "It's not realistic". It's an opinion that means nothing to me other than that you're just trying to boost your post count.
I mean, when I respond to a park or a track, whatever, I try to give constructive suggestions and critique the project. "Critique" means giving an opinion and offering suggestions on ways to improve, in a gentle and positive way. When people leave a comment like that, it's not an incentive to improve.
You might as well say that the track design blows and never come back again. So please, it's NOT like I DON'T take suggestions.
