I am an RCT2 newbie and I am hooked! I've been getting only a few hours of sleep at night for the past two weeks because I can't stop playing.
I have been working on a park for about a week now, it is my first park. It's based on a fairy tale I wrote for my wife.
If I ever figure out how to post links to screenshots I'll let y'all see it so I can get some feedback to make it better, believe me, I need the feedback
Anyhow, I am glad to be here.

And welcome Lamaclown!
A park based on a self-written fairy-tale does sound very special!
Yeah, many of us here are a bit hooked by this game (me too!)
To post screenshots you have to do the following:
-first you should find a hosting service for your screenshots/images (there are many free ones as well as paid-for ones) We do have a list here on the forums.
- When you want to post them here, in your post you click the "image"-symbols and insert the link to your image. (hosting sites also give instructions on how to do it, as far as I know....
- I you do it this way ^ your image will appear directly in the post, and then it should not be larger than 640x480 pixels (this is to make sure that also people with low screen-resolutions can easily see everything without having to scroll for evey image/post)
So if your image is larger originally, you will have to resize it (can be done with any photo-editor, many free ones also available). Also make it .jpg instead of the large .bmp files RCT makes of it.
- if, for whatever reason you want to post a larger screenshot, then you should place the link for it in your post, instead of the image itself directly.
Have building fun and ask away

My gosh, I did not know about this.
Well, might as well introduce myself, even if it's about 2 months late...
As you know, I'm an RCT addict. It's one of my favorites series, next to Super Mario Bros., of course. I've beaten all the original scenarios, Forest Frontiers to Thunder Rock, that is. I've unlocked all the others.
As of recently, I've done some remakes for the originals. They're not like the ones you see on this site, though. They have new landscapes, new challenges, and more plot to them then ever, as it highlights you carrer as a park builder. In Corkscrew Follies, you work for Corkscrew Follies, which is an organiazation that makes all the CF scenarios. By the end of the CF remakes, you uncover CF's nasty secret of making dangerous parks, and shut them down by the end.
However, my computer had a bug with its system, and therefore, we restarted it, erasing all the original RCT remakes, and the first 3 CF scenarios. They weren't as good, though, so when I get back that point, I'll do them again.
If you must know, I'm know the remakes meister in the Rctspace network. Now that dakinle has signed off, I'm in his place, and doing the best I can to finish his legacy. I'm proud of my progress!
Well, that's me in a nutshell! I hope that I'm not too belated on this, but I just didn't see.

Welcome to RCTSpace!Hello, I am Trainman 2000 and i just joined 11 days ago. I have been playing rct2 for 3 years and i like it a lot! I hope i will have some good times here. I can be sure of that. I am also a fan of trains and model railroads, and thus my friends have been calling me trainman since 2000. I had my coasters erased some 2 months ago, sadly, and now i have to build them over again... it's not working out too well

and also welcome Trainman 2000!
Wishing you both a very good time here and lots of fun with the game.
And trainman, maybe you can do some very cool train-layouts to show us in the game....
Have fun

This will be my third post on this forum. It seems like a fun forum.
So far I have played RCT and RCT2 and love the medieval scenarios because they are fun and challenging. When I make my own medieval park or a cool ride maybe I'll post here.
Sincerely,
medievalcoasterbabe
