And, on that note......Wolfly, do just ONE thing for me, please.......it's the only thing that really bothers me, and, it's bothered me since I've known you.....it's "lose"....not "loose". If a chick decides to "lose" her clothing in a group of males, she is soon seen as "loose". And I only complain because....you know how you read things and by habit you just know what you're reading as you skim through?
Every time I see "loose" where "lose" should be....it truly interrupts my thought process.
I'm just the only one that will say anything. Typo's are typo's...but, interchanging words on a consistent basis warrants someone saying something. I have no problems with illiterate people...especially in this day and age (unless they're my kids) but....dude, c'mon...
I'm not trying to be a ****....it's just really annoying to keep seeing that repeatedly, for YEARS, after it's been brought to your attention.
So...could you please lose the loose? If you did JUST that....watch how my posts change direction.
My other bitch here....if people go off topic and it keeps a thread going.....what's the harm?
At least the topic is not sitting here and dying. Someone will always bring it back. Let people post whatever THEY feel is pertinent to the topic on hand and move on with it.
Now I'm done.

My pet peeve is the use of "then" for "than" - as in "my coaster is faster then yours". The meaning is that your coaster is faster and at some point in time after that, the other person's coaster is faster. Clearly a different meaning than a simple comparison.
If it happens once it is a typo. If it happens three times in the same work - it's just lazy stupidity.
K. If the topic goes off track at the expense of on topic posts it is fair game to corral the discussion. If there is no movement in the subject - a detour every now and then is not the end of the world. Just my $.02...

I could go on for quite a while here...but, I choose not to. C'mon, you're over 50...you should be setting an example for the younger generation, not perpetuating their laziness/ignorance.
And, I very rarely lose my composure.
I made a request.....whether you choose to do anything about it or not is up to you. I'm not going to drag this out. I can always go back to just skipping your posts.

I'm debating whether or not to enter this...I'm already in the final and I'm still getting my RCT stuff back in order. I'd love nothing better that to win this round and keep the entry list for the final right where it is but, I also seem to focus too much on contests and lose sight of what I'm doing.
Not that anyone cares but, I might just sit this one out.
Good luck to everyone that enters this final 'qualifier'.
No, I'm serious .
