any invisible entrance/exit huts and flat ride bases will be completely visible. And, if it's an SV7...it would probably get hit with the rule regarding hacking: "-Trainers: Trainers and Hacking are allowed. If however the judges cannot open your park, or need special tools or instructions - it may be disqualified."

I would say, "No", simply because this is an RCT 2 compo without the use of add-ons.
I'm pretty sure that the different game file names alone would push it off into another
area of RCT. Not to sound cold, but we're all playing the "same game" here. It's a level
playing field. Where RCT Modified would be advantagious, compaired to using a trainer.
Those who use RCT Modified can organize their own dedicated game compos, I'm sure.

Seeing as you cant make entrances invisible by using a trainer it doesnt hold any advantage over those that use a trainer. The only way to make entrances and exits invisible without RCTModified is by Hex Editing, and I am pretty sure no one here is skilled enough to Hex Edit.
Add on the fact that the judges wont be viewing the RCTModified park with RCTModified, therefore nothing that RCTModified has done will be shown, all entrances will be visible, so that means there is no difference to someone using RCTModified than there is someone using normal RCT2.
RCTModified parks will be accepted, but the judges will be viewing all parks in RCT2. So please note, if you are going to be using RCTModified, that what may look good to you, may not look that good to the judges.

I just converted a music file to play in RCT2.
And I want to include the custom1 file in the zipped file when I send it in.
Will the judges have any problems with placing the custom1 audio file in the data folder?
The current file, zipped with a saved game, is 12.9 MB
(Although the park itself is not yet complete.)

BRE - (Broken-Record Excuse)
Honestly.
I heard that nearly every time you enter a RR.
The next line? IDHTTFIBWTHISIA...
(I Didn't Have Time To Finish It, But What The Heck, I'll Submit It Anyway.)
