So here is a close-up of the finished front of the stadium hotel...



Just enough adornments, not too busy. Some of these are placed to break or offset the symetry of the entrance.

There will also be a large, detached baseball museum/souvenir shop in front with a large, spherical 3-D theater that resembles a baseball.

Now I am trying to fill in that Miami skyline with some office buildings, here is one at mid-construction...



Here is the finished building, it still needs landscaping though...



It's the "World Travel" building. I admit it was built very much around that blue sphere in front which is animated and spins in the game.

It is also styled somewhat after our own Seattle Convention Center building: Two Union.

I thought about making it a bank or insurance company, but didn't want to pollute the park. lol.

And here it is in the neighborhood... The brown building next to it is for "professional services", dentists and optometrists and other specialists... nausea for the coasters...

Hello folks, here are some of the latest builds...

Here is the finished World Travel Building, I added the skylights and the planter...



Here is a new resort right on the beach with a pool that hangs over the ocean...



It needs a wing addition or elaborate lobby, but I am going to keep it low so it doesn't obscure too much of the view for the resort behind it.

Here is another of a similar style and little further down the beach...









And over near the bay a third one of that style, here while the superstructure is going up...
