Yes, it should.

This was a hard call during development of the Ridex v2. In the end we decided to ignore scenery when deciding if we already had the ride in the Exchange. We were concerned that people may start uploading the same ride with just (for example) a single bush or piece of fence different.

I've got the same thing as ^^ here, do I need to use outside hosting or does rct2.com host it?

You should be able to upload them, you don't need to host them yourself.

I think that this might be a problem caused by our April Fool's prank about having all our images 'stolen'. This is the 2nd time it's backfired on us now!

I'll post here again when it's fixed.
