Thanks for the link Becky!

At first, I wasn't sure that was the right "white star space camp" park that I remembered having. After looking at it for a bit, I do recognize certain aspects of it. It's amazing how small and simple the park is, I remember it being so much bigger and cooler. That was one of the first parks I had ever downloaded shortly after I had joined Danimation, I think in early to mid 1998. Honestly, I had to chuckle when I just opened the park. The game sure was different back then!

Nice to see you again RCTeagle! :)

I do remember Emerald Isles, but I don't have it on my computer. I'm sure it was on my old one, but that crashed well over 4 years ago.

Danimation had some killer parks back in the day, even during the user-voted spotlight era.

NE is still very much alive and kicking if you guys dare to enter. Sure I have gone a little insane and everything, but NE is a free fan website, so it's all good.

I hope everyone is having a happy independence day, I have for the first time in my life :)

Hey guys! Not sure if any of you remember me, but I went inactive about 6 months to a year ago. Some of the vets might vaguely remember me, but none of you young'ens will.

I've just been popping in once in a while to see what the deal is. I might get around to making a small park (50x50), but there's no telling for sure.

Wow, what a thread. It's a historical document that should be preserved in its entirety! :)

Not as old a community member as some of those who have posted, I started playing RCT in the fall of 2001 (had been playing it at a friend's place since it came out), and started lurking about on sites like RCT Station and TycoonPlanet early 2002. I got RCT2 in September 2002 continued lurking around until I came across the UCES project in 2003, which was what got me into the community. I hung around at RCT Depot for a while but left there some time in 2004, I think, after a series of incidents. Some people here will know what I'm talking about. Anyway, I made this site my new home then (had registerd in fall 2003). I was also around at RCT*Mart. I was involved with various smaller sites for a while during the population boom in the community. After some brief pauses, a move and increased real life pressure my activity in the community came to an abrupt halt in late 2005 or early 2006, along with my interest in RCT.

My RCT interest recently returned (to stay for a while, it seems) and I was quite shocked to see the drastic decrease in activity around here. Anyway, it's been great to read this thread. Brings back so many memories! :) I currently play both RCT1 and 2. I might have something to show you in a while, but I won't promise anything.

Nearly forgot: Thanks for bringing the Station back, Red Phoenix! Even if it's just as an archive. I was so sad when it closed down, even if I wasn't an active community member over there.
