Other than that, I've had medical issues that I had to get taken care of and my dog had a few problems too. I had a small seisure, so fighting with the tards is sort of out of the question as it could result in some rather serious damage. So arguing is out of the question. I'll just point out the rotten apples to the administration and let them handle it. So be forwarned.
Molly had a rather large stone in her bladder, but the vet removed it and she seems to be much happier, active & healthy. But now all that is all taken care of and I plan to get back into the parks and continue building. Thanks to those who have been waiting for a long time for me to get back into the games. I hope you'll hang around and catch the updates!

I had tried to shoehorn something into the park, but it's just too big of a theme and ride to cram into any of the spaces I've got left over. So chances are, something's gonna get the ax sometime soon. Probably something everybody seems to hate.

Below, you can see how I moved the Ground Zero Observation Elevator from the upper left, to the lower right. This was done by saving the "cloud" with the elevator, and the white "ground blast" as well as the surrounding pathway, with a car ride. This kept the path pattern and shape together, and I didn't have to rebuild from scratch.
The ride assortment structure didn't sit well with a few people. So that structure was lost altogether. Not as if it's not in previous saved game versions though. I didn't have the room elsewhere in the park to rebuild it, so it got scuttled.
Stitches Great Escape found a new home. Next to the Mission Space structure, and Captain Eo isn't that far away either.
Astro Jets 2010 Got moved as well. This one was a bit complex to move. I saved the track alone, without scenery. And the structure was too large to save with a single car ride. So I had to save the structure in two parts. Notice how the canopy doesn't extend over the midway? I had to extend that a bit. And it worked out just fine.
Here you can see how the area had cleared up pretty nicely. The rest of the park's smaller barren areas got filled up, and now I have a the larger space I need for Treasure Planet. (Wouldn't you know I'd figure out a way to get pirates in here? LOL!!!
There are more images. I'm just dealing with the image limitations of this forum. However, you can view the full update in my Stateroom at Pirates of RCT Emerald Isles.

That retro look sort of fits too. Heaven knows Florida was pretty much initially built with that Artdeco/Retro style when it was going through a massive development phase back in the 50's & 60's. A lot of it still exists in the older populated areas. Makes it perfect for me to use the archetecture around here as a reference.

If you havn't you seen the movie, Treasure Planet is based in the original Live Action Disney movie, Treasure Island. (Hmmmmm. Sounds like a good name for a park!) DIBS!!!
It's more or less a lot of masted sailing vessles in space. This is nothing new. This sort of fantasy has been around since I was in 7th. grade. I'm just trying to figure out how to build a masted vessle. About all I can really come up with is the steel objects. Walls, & base blocks... But the sail is backwards. Good thing it's a test.
How to build it in the air? Parts of the ship will be saved as scenery of the masts. The sails are saved as a tracked ride, and a land tile is pulled up to the height I want the sails built. Sails are a full ride, saved, then the mast is rebuilt as a build-through ZC. Parts are deleted, and the sails remain.
The B&M ratings are not as high as you may expect. In fact, it's downright disappointing. (No. I did not hack the ride's ratings.) An elevator was thought of. But I have never seen an elevator with an invisible track. And I plan to "invisible-ize" Sky Surfer's track. And the trains will enter & depart from beneath the ship.
Just about everything inside the ship is going to have to crowd up the center of the vessle. I have two launch towers as masts, I have a coaster station, and I now have an elevator station. It also has to have the clearance to fit together on the "ground floor". And that's going to be a real mess, if I don't get things arranged properly and placed inside a structure I'm planning to create...
On the ground is where the main character and his mother live. I think it's an inn... And some pirate walls might work well in this case.
The movie I found on YouTube. You might want to search for Treasure Planet, and find the (10) part series of the movie. It's a take off on Treasure Island. With a strange sci-fi twist to it.
