I would like to keep this one for pratcice. There is alot of space to work with and probebly still alot more
to do.

I love what I am doing with this park so far. As you all know if it dont look right it gets torne down and rebuilt to my specifications. As far as you having the park son : Check Your E~Mail more often you just might find something worth wild in there.
Now as far as YOU TWO Wolfman And K_W Please do not use this area for smart and rude , smug or anything else comments. I do not appriciate any of it. I want to keep this as FREINDLY as possible:

Now I personally do have a slight delema at hand. As far as In The Beggining Park goes. One of the servers that the OBJECT data files where on somehow got deleted. I am in the works on getting the objects put back in. It may take me awhile , but you all know my pwersisitance on things. I will get them back.
Till then updates are gonna be few. The game wont run without them. ( BACK UP IS A WONDERFULL THING), plus making copies as well. I will be back on track in a couple of days...

Alrighty ,
I have almost REALLY have done in ( crashed , wiped out totally ) In The Beggining Park.
I was reformatting a server HD , NoT Realising that that one was where my park(s) where.
MEGA PARK and In The Beggining where the only two on that drive. Along wit all objects for both
scenerios. It took me 4 days to re-coop my loses and find just about all objects for the game.
In The Beggining ......... MY BABY...... has all objects intact. MEGA PARK has some missing here
and there , but I will get them outa storage and put it back together. Or whait 'till my son gets on
and get it from him. NO rush!!.
This is the second time I almost lost all of the work invovled with this park. WELL NO MORE !!
It is tagged wrapped and sealed with every save. I WILL NOT DO THAT AGAIN !!!!
I am still plundering away at it so dont think that I have forgotten. I will send pics up soon.

Jeez! K_W game crashes, you almost wipe out your park, and I think someone else had a major meltdown recently. WTF is going ON around the community? It's as if theres some sort of bug goin' around.

I think what is happening is RCT2 was never ment to be alive this long. Aka working. This long. I mean look when rct2 came out. And look what we all did to it. New objects and rides. We made it a new beast. So it's gonna start crashing. BUt that is just what I think is happening.

Well, considering that RCT/RCT2 is just a disk with information on it, I'd have to disagree with the first part of that. For anything to break down, it would have to actually DO something. And, I think most RCTers take VERY good care of their disks so, wearing them out, while possible, is highly unlikely. But, I agree with the second part. With all the custom objects and, especially the use of trainers which modify the games engine (like throwing a supercharger on a '71 Pinto) it's only natural to see more game crashes, Error Trappers and the like. I used to NEVER get errors and have posted, bragging about that fact in various forums but I've noticed that the more complex the hacks and, the more often I actually use them.....the errors and crash rate rises accordingly. I thought about something....that possibly because of the games engine being manipulated more and more often, it MIGHT be a good idea to do a full uninstall/ reinstall on a regular basis. Get rid of old savegames that have been manipulated if I'm pretty sure I'll never touch them again .I'm going to try that for a while and see if it reduces the frequency of error trappers and such. It might help, it might not but, I doubt that it can hurt anything other than the time it takes to do the process.

But, as always....SAVE, SAVE, SAVE!!!!

With me I deleted a hard drive that had all of the infrmation , Saved games, just the two.
With all objects that I selected where uuummm wipped out. Thank god for having man make UNDELETER
Programs. That is how I found the scenerios and most of the objects. Some of them where unrecoverable.
No Matter : In The Beggining Will go on as PLANNED!! MEGA PARK well that one will need some help getting someof the objects back.

K_W your right as far as a CD has only image files that the CPU reads. Also all of the CHEATS do eventually do damage the files and the game will not opperate at full functionallity.
I on the other hand have learned of a NEW Technic that will preserve your disk(s) and you can still play any game you choose ( NO CD REQUIRED), NOT CRACKED or HACKED VERSIONS Either.
Here is how I do things 1) You can either use what is called Sandbox for your games ( I do not suggest that one)
2) I use Astroburn I.S.O Imaging Make a Folder containning just those files (games) and I Highly recommend Deamon Tools 4.30. it will make a false Drive on your sysytem , but will not hurt your computer. I then load image from file and play the game of my choosing. Say for instance Age Of Empires III with Warchiefs Expansion, Halo for the computer , Diablo II & L.O.D expansion. The list can be as big as you want or however lare your harddrive is >>> SAVE ROOM FOR WINDOWS <<<<..

As far as My RCT 2 game It is set up into 20 different Hard drives. 10 are at my shop and the other 10 are at my home . It just happend so as I reformatted one at my house to download World of Warcraft Online, I just happened to pick the wrong drive.

Hi To all out there ,
I Nighthawkbalt last month September 1,2009 had a major catastrofie at my shop and warehouse. My girlfriend and I took a week off
from the shop , You all know Vacation. I didn't have my cell phone on at the time of arriving home on August 30,2009. At my house I have monitors running at all times to keep an eye out at the shop while I am not there. On the arrivall of my girlfriend and I , I noticed all RED across the screens : E...R...R...O...R... On Main Frame Systems and servers ( 15 of them). So I procieded to go to the Shop/Warehouse ,as I aproached the building I noticed at the moment about 30 or more Fire Trucks and give or take 5 or more Ambuelances all in the parking lot and well I was DEVISTATED... Everthing was not looking to well for me at that moment. All I seen was The Fire Bellowing Out From The ROOF about 300ft or more. Right then and there I knew I was loosing everything that I have worked for for the past 30yrs. As I tried to get closer to the Shop i was asked by the fire department chief and severall officers Who I was and what I was doing there. Well Of course I told them I was The owner of the building. After about 10min of veryfying who I was and all that B.S. They said that they where trying to call me for the past 3hrs.. I told them I was on Vacation and the phone was turned off.... Anyway The fire raged at that time already 3.5hrs and as I stayed with the fire chief it took well over 8hrs to distigwish the fire.
All I could see in the smoldering MESS was The 15 server rooms still intacked , but the doors to all of the rooms were forced open and well ( Here is where I am Still ****ED About ), The firemen Sprayed ALL of The Servers With WATER!! needless to say KILLING there content ( Wipping them out) 1.7million dollas in revinue as well as MAJOR Corperations Files and Drivers Programs just Washed away.
All Of the server rooms are made to withstand 4,500degree heat and the rooms are water proof from all walls to floor to ceillng. The Doors once closed will seal themsevles air tight incase of a FIRE or Flood. Well the good "Ole" fire department decieded to force the doors open and spray EACH room Down destroying Vital information...
Well as the weeks passed and as I and the insurance company and the Fire investigaters are going through the ruble trying to figure out what caused the fire is still under investigation. As we go through one area They Look find Nothing (Yet!!) I clean up. Here and there I do find some things that can be reused or redone in some way. Here for the past month I have not been doing much other than getting things back up and running as I am permitted by the Investigaters...
HP and Western Digital systems are helping me to get atleast 2 of my servers back online ( I am hoping ), by the end of next week..
While cleanning up along the way I found a few of the SD disk -cards that I use for storing info on. One of the disks I Am SOOOOOO Happy to have found was my RCT2 game. NO File saved games ..
In The Beggining Park may JUST get A NEW !!!! look

SO for now I am going To get things tidied up here and get back to RCT I need the REST from This DARN Investigation and cleanup...

WELL MORe later THE GAME IS INSTALLED AND IS WORKING , now it is up to me to get the rest back..........
