OK just retested Ride uploads and it is again working on the new hostReopening because Ridex v2 is not ready yet. However, the ride upload has stopped working. This is under investigation.
Now I get on with Ridex v2 again.

^I don't think it's a bug - I believe you can't offer files with those characters on the internet, as it will just come up with an error when you download it. I may be wrong though.

Bug:
Ride Exchange will not accept rides with the following characters:
:,'"
The Ride Exchange will accept Ride Names that RCT 1 will allow. Those characters are not allowed in RCT 1. For example ':' is not allowed by RCT 1 because it is used to indicate a disk drive.^I don't think it's a bug - I believe you can't offer files with those characters on the internet, as it will just come up with an error when you download it. I may be wrong though.

This is a maintenance release to make the Exchange better at handling the skin. The skin has been slightly modified.
Known Bug: The system will run without horizontal scrolling needed in resolutions greater than or equal to 1024*768. The exception is the final results screen which will still scroll to the right if one of the ride names and/or the creator name is particularly long with no spaces. There are no plans to fix this.

RCT1 Ridex was upgraded to v1.14 on 18 November 2005, to support v2.1.3 of the board.
