Probably because most of the RCT 2 players are still in grade, junior, or high school, and can't afford a high end program like Adobe Photoshop just to convert their screen shots from SCRs to whatever.

Why pick any of those but Photoshop? Just curious.
Not only that, but some people don't need a program with as many options as Photoshop.
