Ok, I expect to move the rct space network to the new server from 07:30GMT on Sunday

That's:

Eastern - 03:30am
Central - 02:30 am
Mountain - 01:30 am
Pacific - 00:30 am

The move will now take place from 7pm Eastern Time Saturday. I expect it to take around 12 hours.

When this does happen, what will the new site be called and do still used our username & password to get onto the site.

I dont think that is changing, they are just moving from 1 server to another. its like changing your hosting company and having to move to another.

Eastern Standard Time is the light blue -5 R Zone.

The only changes will be invisible to our visitors. URL, usernames, passwords are unaffected. There WILL though be this 12 hour period when you will see a variety of messages, along the lines of:

Board is offline because we are moving OUT, then
404 'Page Not Found' errors, then
Board is offline because we are moving IN, then
Board online again

When you see either of the last 2, you will know that you have reached our new server.

As far as visitors are concerned, NOTHING will be different. All changes are to the server and operating system 'under the hood'.
