Universal= Fun. Excitement. Nightlife. Laughter. Thrills. Wonder. Jump into this world and it will be like a ride you have never had before. *Note:Stay on the Orlando Resort. I prefer the Royal Pacific or Hard Rock Staying on site lets you use your room key as an unlimited express pass!!! Incredibly designed hotels. THe most spectacular themed parks ive seen in Florida. Amazing rides you will want to do over and over again. Great shows!!!

Disney= A moment or two of magic. Long lines. OMG!!!!!!! AND DISNEY HAS THE STUPIDEST EXPRESS PASS IDEAS EVER!!!!!!!! YOu have to get the express ticket then it tells you to come back later.?!?! Overcrowded. Crying children. Crappy hotels unless you want to spend a fortune. Wait till you have kids then come here. Overall, Disney has magically boring rides except like 3.

You should try both really but i prefer Universal.

Lets look at this Universal stole all of it's idea's from disney. Disney does cost more but from the min you land you are in the disneyworld zone. You land your plane in Orlando and your right on the magic express to your disney hotel. No worrying about your stuff. Does universal do this? NOPE.

Now yes disney hotels might cost more but if ya look at it they are about the same as universal. And disney has more of them.

Long lines. Yes but so does universal. Fast pass does have it's problems yea but it was a smart idea. The real reason for a fast pass is get the pass go shopping. Yes there are Overcrowding but that is the same with universal. You just have to know when to go.

Crying kids. Yes disneyworld has more crying kids but universal has crying kids too.

Crappy Hotels: Not true look at the Value hotels they are cheaper then universal's hotels. And disney hotel are just WOW.

Rides: Yes disneyworld's rides are not as good as universal. Universal caters to a diff crowd. Disney caters to a family and it's the small things that disney does.

One thing that sets disney apart from universal is Universal has a VIP pass you pay more for. This way you cut in like and get VIP treatment. Not fare to people who don't have the money to pay for this.

So I say Disney is better. I mean look at the hp thing. Looks like it was thrown together real quick not impressed.

Last year I went to Disneyland California and Universal Studios Hollywood and they both have their pros and cons. Atmosphere wise, I think Disneyland wins but ride wise I preferred Universal. Of course, nothing can top Six Flags Magic Mountain, but I think both parks are roughly the same and as for the Florida ones, Universal IOA by a landslide!

Having only been to the Universal Hollywood property, I'll compare it to Disneyland Park in California. USH's food/entrance are excellent, and can often get something for under $8. Disneyland, however, it is very difficult to purchase a complete meal for under $10. In this case, I enjoy Universal more.

Overall, they are very different parks. I actually like the atmosphere better at Universal Hollywood rather than Disneyland. That's just me, though...

In my opinion Universal, mostly due to the amount of thrill rides. One time I ran through the queue line on Hulk, and there was an empty seat in row six. I have never had that happen to me at a Disney park. Disney may have the better rides for people who can't handle the thrills rides, but this comes with a hefty price of 100-minute waits.

At Universal, for a single rider, waits are just 35 seconds!

At Disney, the shortest i have waited was 7 minutes. To be fair, Disney has films for you to watch while you're waiting.

It is not like I am plagiarizing another post; I live roughly two hours away from the Orlando area (via car), so these two parks are my home parks!
