I believe that Funtopia is included with the first expansion to RCT1; called "Corkscrew Follies" in the USA and "Added-Atractions" in Europe. I also believe that Funtopia is based on a real-world park in Kentucky, though I don't remember the name.

This one is an easy one, i still love to play RCT 1 & RCT 2, I was in you're same situation, you know, the guest where leaving and stuff, staying around 750 - 850, so then, i tottaly forgot that i could do marketing campains, so i did that (make sure you activate every market campain), and the guest increased fast, its an easy one, although i dont have RCT 1 for PC, but i do have it for XBOX

Its an easily possible scenario as long as you dont make any other coasters that are about the size of Grapevine. Mainly what you want to do it just build gentle and thrill rides at the start, then maybe throw in a few Launch Coasters here and there. One problem though is the Corkscrew coasters line, its a little to short, makeing it longer will help keep the paths less crowded.
I should know since I made my park into this.

How to cram 1400 peeps into a 1,000 peep park.
Build longer queues, and build a series of bridges over the highway. Keep peeps walking or standing in line for rides. Take some paths underground, just to keep the surface tiles available for rides, and walkways to the other side of the park.
I don't remember if you can tunnel beneath the highway or not. But I made a streamlined monorail as a subway once... So you can probably do it.
