To be honest, this scenario was even easier than Forest Frontiers. And I did not even think that was possible...

Oh well. At least it was fun to build my Steel Twister Coaster called Urban Jungle. :)

One thing I liked about this scenario was that it had a nice landscape for building a large park (same with Vertigo Views). It wasn't too flat nor to hilly or rough to work with, and it's a good place to start with building larger parks.

EDIT: Astroman, I'm not sure If I'd call this "easier than Forest Frontiers", because you're working with larger parks now and keeping the rating above 700 may be tricky for beginners.

^One, Faruq's Arid Heights is dead again, which really sucks. :(

And two, Arid Heights itself is easy. You just need to theme everything and allow yourself to handle the park. Hey, weren't Crazy Craters and Icicle Worlds just like that?!

Basically, if Arid Heights doesn't have a theme to it, it won't hit big with the guests. I've done quite a few theme parks with Arid Heights, a few I can share with you.

Six Flags Theme World: Basically my first attempt at the scenario. I just basically used every theme in the scenario. Let me think, I started with Snow and Ice at the start, worked on a space section to the left of it...I don't remember what was at the bottom right...the left was Pagoda, though. I put a Jurassic area in the upper-left. North...Spooky and Creepy, I think. Just a ways to the right I had a medieval section, and at the upper-right, there was a Roman section. Below that was the Urban section. Afterwards, I built the center with grids, and placed an Air Powered Vertical Coaster around it.

Wacky Worlds: A take on Wacky Worlds in the Original RCT. I had Antarctica at the bottom, of course, then went west and put a South American section in the bottom-left. At the oasis, I put Africa. The east section was Asia, with Japan, a Mt. Everest, and India. Upper right was mostly Europe, with Russia north of it. The north west corner was the Artic, though. To the west was North America. I think that's it. OH! Australia was to the lower-right.

European Expedition: A theme park version of my favorite continent! Italy was to the south, and Spain was west of it in the lower right corner. Greece was east of Italy, and I had a complex transport center set up there. France was at the west side of the park. Russia took up the whole east side. What else...of course I had England in the upper-left. Norway was the snow themed area in the north, and Brussels was in the exact center, with a large Inverted Coaster called Circle of Stars.

I lost most of the parks, though, and I've retired from making new Arid Heights parks. I still remember, though... :saint:

Hello again! It's been quite a while since I last played any RCT game... with my 7-year old XP desktop clonking down, and everything...

Now—that I've got a new HP Pavilion p6520f as my new desktop PC, I do soon plan to reinstall RCT3; afterwards, I'll resume work on the RCT3 version of Faruq's Arid Heights (as well as some other of my RCT Series Classic Parks). My apologies for a lengthy lack of action on RCT games (I had a sustained left ankle stairwell fall injury in March of last year—months of rehabilitation, doctors' visits, learning to use a walker and a wheelchair, limited activities, ...).

STAY TUNED!!

Well, I find this one quite hard surprisingly. I usually get to 1,900 guests, and then I start losing quite alot, and since I can't advertise, I usually have to resort to placing banners at the park exit to stop them from leaving. I usually pray and hope that enough guests enter before the park rating plummets from the lost guests. This doesn't happen that often though, and the strange thing is, my park is already full of rides! God knows how I'm going to complete Extreme Heights if I struggle to hit 2,000 guests! :ermm:
