Exellent! Lovely Jubley!
I'm thinking of making a (non-competitive(not competing with your's)) detailed tutorial of generating ideas and how to make a park look life like...

3) Themeing
Themeing is one of the most important aspects to put some quality in your park...
It can be reflected in everything:
-Buildings
-Terraforming
-Landscaping
-Pathing
-Naming
-etc...
I'll try to explain it a bit using the entrance of the park...
It will be (logically) themed to the Wild Wild West..
I always lay-out my buildings using land colors:
Next, I want to put the foundation on it's place using full tile Western blocks.. I've selected the Western tab, and deselected the walls-roofs-and cornerpieces (this is an essential procedure to build on a faster pace):
Now I'm putting the foundation on its place, but, I'm also having a train station in the entrance building... So I'm also building the trainstation on/above it already...
Now, were going to build from the ground up, to complete the building... Always keep in mind to theme it, in every way possible: Notice I've only picked Western themeing (Western walls, base blocks), Western colors (primary color brown, secondary green), way of building (no really dynamic forms);
The first floor of the building is easy, you can just use the shift-button to raise the scenery items.. However, because of the missing control button, we can't keep the scenery's height (like in rct2)... Therefore I always use different views to create high buildings (2nd floor and up): Play with it a bit.. I always put the blue grids on, and set the scenery to invisible... I can still see the building and where to place the item... Just practise with it (a lot), and you'll notice it's much handier and faster constructing this way;
Always keep in mind to theme it if you can, in the next picture you'll notice I've used the Western queue line, adjusted the pathing, etc...
When constructing buildings, also try to add little nice details, such as those poles I put on the side of those walls in the picture beyond.. It's those details that put some extra quality in your park;
Another example of my way of constructing (more of that in later tutorials);
Primary result; Again, notice the little themeing touches, such as the colors, roofs, shapes;
Now were putting some little details on the building again, such as the 1x1 tower on the roof, the 1/4 tile black roof, balcony railings;
Also keep in mind to theme the pathing.. In the beyond picture I've broken the pathing a bit with another type, and some Western themeing...
Also, because I'm trying to achieve realism in my parks, I create realistic buildings, that serve a function... Not 'just another building, because of the sake to create a building'... That's why I'd put in those ticket boots in front of the main entrance... In every real-life themepark you'll notice you first pass some ticket boots, and next the main entrance where your tickets will be handed in... I always love to see these realistic touches in a park..
Now I'm ready to landscape the surrounding of the building..
First I used the mountain tool to create a dynamic landscape, ... Next I put the desired land-color on it, and put some first foliage on it... Most of the time, I try to build from small bushes to larger foliage... And next to buildings also some bushes;
And together with some different Western foliage, the finished product;
I hope it helped you in any way...

Nice beginning tutorial, Frags. I notice that I build in pretty much the same way you do. Except, you're a much better landscaper... I'm sure this tutorial will help a lot of newer players.

Those are great tutorials Six Frags! I'm sure they'll be very helpful to new members, and people that have just bought RCT 3D. Keep them coming, they're of great quality.
