When I was downloading riides, occasionally it just refreshed the page instead of downloading the ride.

This has been reported for Ridex v1 and SFTP too. It's something to do with your PC and our server not disconnecting properly at the end of the page. (It's happened with every host/server we've had, not just our new one.)

I can do nothing to fix this. All I can suggest is that you wait a few extra seconds when the page has appeared before selecting to download.

A little suggestion if I may:

Would you consider altering the forum skin slightly to display members' ridex uploads in their profiles - not just their post details? The reason I suggest it is because in the Stat Attack section, it gives the name of the most prolific uploaded - but you can't see how many tracks this person has uploaded when you click the link.

What say you?

Well we tried. We use the board's built-in custom profile fields, and we have said that members cannot edit them (because Ridex v2 calculates them), and that means they don't show up for some reason.

Moderators can see them though.

The most prolific uploader now displays correctly. It had been displaying the most recent uploader instead of the person who has uploaded the most rides.

'Validating' members are no longer allowed to access the Members Only Ridex v2 features. Registration must be completed first.

RCT wont let me upload a ride, as it says it already exsists, the ride I am trying to load says it has been loaded already as escape hatch, yet the ride I ahve created, although the same type of ride ahs different themeing.
Should this happen?

Yes, it should.

This was a hard call during development of the Ridex v2. In the end we decided to ignore scenery when deciding if we already had the ride in the Exchange. We were concerned that people may start uploading the same ride with just (for example) a single bush or piece of fence different.
