I don't like how you ZC'd the path to put scenery there. It would look better (IMO) if you separated the paths.

I agree, that doesn't look very good.

Other than that I like it, although the sides are very undetailed.

It's a wishing fountain! You can make lots of revenue from those, just get a loser to go to the bottom of the pool and get the coins for no payment! Posted Image

That looks great! Only thing I'd have to say is to change the color of the bricks of the fountain base to something like grey or white, not red like the building behind it.

It's more like the gray Egyptian block wall look out of place. It should be changed to red instead. To look like the red brick building above it. But that would conflict with the beige brick support of the adjacent structure. So it might be better to change those walls to red as well. If just to keep something that knits the theming together.

The water in the fountain is suppoed to be a fountain, not a pond. Fountains resemble pools, to some extent. A smooth wass would look better inside the fountain. Brick just doesn't look good. And it makes no sense as far as realisim is concerned. (even though the brick adds some detail.)

The fountain is too deep. It's a fountain... not a pond. The water level could be raised, as long as theres a lip around the fountain, such as a frame of art deco blocks, 1/4 height walls or something.

The grey bricks/stones are there to break up the brick monotony, I don't think it looks out of place at all. If I raise the fountain level up with a lip, what happens when it rains? It's gonna overflow, and we don't want that, so yes it is realistic, as seen here. And how is not realistic to use bricks inside the fountain? Its perfectly realstic, *cough* here *cough* You're reasoning for my "flaws" isn't well thought out. Sorry.
