This may be a day late and a dollar short, but I just noticed that first drop from the lift. Now, this is just the way that I would have made it. I would of had a steep drop, then go into the curve, which would lead into the virtical loop. Which is kind of a reverse track configuration than what you have here. As far as I know, the track wouldn't have to be modified too much. It would probably still fit in the same area, although the supports would have to be changed around a bit.

The reason is that, when a track goes from a drop, into a steeper drop, it doesn't look that great. Same thing when a hill changes it's slope half-way through. Just looks a bit strange. Wish I noticed that earlier.

^meh, it isn't realistic at all the way you would make the drop. Plus, you would feel more lateral forces since the train would go faster...

Thats exactly NOT what I was talking about. :P

In the images that you linked to, do you see that the hill changes pitch to a steeper angle after the curve? Or does the track kind of level out before the loop? The train's are moving at a fairly good speed when it hits a steeper drop. That's going to force the peeps into the shoulder restraints, giving them a big jolt to the top of their shoulders.

The original track configuration is in red, and a suggested change is in white.

It's hard to show you without adding a screen shot... I'll be happy to remove this image upon request.

I think the red one is better. You don't see that much of the white one in parks.

I do you see what you're saying Wolfman, but it looks awful for RCT2 and I think everyone would prefer the red one.
