I have a question about the coasters. We can only have one coaster per cell, but can the coaster be a mobius design as long as both entrances enter from the first cell and both exits lead to the second cell?

Like some of the others mentioned, mine may be unfinished as far as themeing is concerned, but it will be a working park as far as the objectives are concerned.

rb2112br, That's a brilliant idea! :woot: This could be a major advantage!

It's too bad my park is built out to the point where it would be difficult to change. :( If I get time after the move (which I doubt), I might experiment with a version in one of my cells to see how much the peep ridership increases. You have to make sure it integrates with the flow of the park and, in my case, I'm not sure it would.... unless I get some time. Anyone want to help carry some boxes?

Anyway, welcome aboard. I hope you benefit from our recent experiments. Have at it!

Emergo... I don't know how serious to take you, are you mocking me??

I hadn't thought of using a mobius coaster, there may be an advantage there. :ermm:

Oh well, too late now!

I just ran my park for a little while, and it appears I have some serious work to do!

Emergo, I'm glad you like the signature pic.... ;) If I remember correctly, somebody came up with a better name though, so it's likely to change. ;) ;)

^ Yes I know.... did not come to answer some things :"> , because you guys made me a mod

Also tested my park once again, after some small changes, but small changes seem to result here everytime in a lot of new work to do!!!! :phew: (What a contest!) Very curious who has ever pulled this one together initially.........

I've never seen my park rating fluctuate so much!! The smallest adjustments seem to have the largest impacts.

I'm glad I got most of my tweeking out of the way. :P I thought those peeps had me cooked, until Emergo got me going.

I'm going to need all the time I can get to do the custom scenery since that's not my strong point. :(

Part of the answer lies in what Emergo and I experimented with. Another important piece is changing those stubborn peeps' minds. The last piece of the puzzle, hopefully you'll figure out before my park is released! :D

As said before: soooo curious to know what kind of tricks/pieces of the puzzle others applicated. For I must confess: I do have quite some "littlle tricks" by now.

But, like Todd said, "the smallest adjustments do seem to have the largest impacts"

Every time I test, I have to remodel/adjust other things to get it back to the former standards. This now becomes more and more difficult/time comsuming as more archy/buildings appear in my park.

A week ago or so, it seemed a near-perfect park: > 2000 happy peeps at the end of the 3rd year (rating 997!!! WOW), with my just 4 cells, and quite some peeps who made it through the whole circuit.
But then I added some scenery/buildings/shops and whatever, tried to keep the layout completely intact, but of course here and there a tile had changed and ....... testing again it seemed everything was dropped down the drain. Could fix it up again, but.......well, I will not finish this one in 5 (RL) years if I have to test and redo after every new shop/tile/building, will I ?

I'll go on though. Even if the scenery of this one is just at some 20%.

so, go on strong you all :D

Thanks. Yes, very awesome.

But: just 4 cells.

And: I figure you also read the rest of the post? And how I don't know how to ever finish this with the scenery/archy and still good ratings! :phew: :wait:

So, no worries yet. Really cannot foresee/promise what the end-results will be like!
