Ok, I'm feeling mean for not having replied. Currently I'm waiting for mushroomer to confirm he's opened the bench before I accept any more people to do beta testing of Ocean Park. Thanks for your interest, though.

I can't open it. I'm sorry. Don't wait for me, pass it on to the next guy.
Argh, that's not good at all. Is it still asking for files it hasn't got?

Yup. I give up.
Well at least we gave it our best shot.
I think I'll stop sending out the files now: there's no point if everyone's having problems. Still, Luketh was able to open it and liked it which is good, and I'll forward that news to Steve. Thanks for trying anyway!

If I ever get this version 2 bench series launched with all its new scenery objects and flat rides, I can devote my time spiffing up my stations on old RCT2 coasters.
So far I have a new v2 Tornado @ Coney Island, Big Dipper @ Chippewa Lake; Cannonball, Boat Chute, and Wild Lightnin' @ Lk Winnie; and a completely updated Park Structures pack.
Sadly his most recent email was on the 3rd of February this year. I've written to him several times since but with no replies.
The really annoying thing is that we spent a good month working on the Ocean Park Giant Dipper, and now it sits on my hard drive gathering dust. He didn't get around to doing a doc file for Giant Dipper and High Boy so there's no way I can release the rides as they stand. Worse, I don't know if he intended to release them as an updated "Ocean Park Coasters" trackpack, or include them with the Ocean/Lick pier bench. Basically, these excellent recreations are out-of-reach until he returns.
