All in all it was a bit too flat and squary for my likings, but with the hacked rides for sure a very nice try, I especially liked the entrance of the main building.

Park # 15:
Very nice coaster

Yes, Becky is right, buildings are a bit all in one straight row, but somehow it invited me to see it just as a small part of a larger park, which is a good quality I think. Overall I liked the atmosphere of this one very much.
Park # 16:
Lovely and very special/refined this one....!!!yes, there's red and green, but in other shades than one should expect, and together with the pink it creates such a peacefull and attractive atmosphere!
Very good use of trees and bushes, liked it that the backside of the building was not just at the edge without any decoration, and the naming of the rides ("go to Christmas mass", "Open the Christmas presents") is a really cute extra....
It could have done with some more landscaping, but....eh...I have to see how much space there is left in my list of favourites.......

The tin roof doesn't have that many "pieces" to create anything except a blocky building.
Four corners and four sides. No bumped out walls, or complex roof designs. It's pretty basic.
That's why I avoid using it. It's just not as flexable as the 1/4 tile pieces. So, to me it's no
surprise. Tin Roof=Blocky Building. But I'm sure someone's figured out how to get around it.

You're absolutely right, I hadn't thought of it that way. Actually, I really don't have a problem with blocky buildings since that's the way most real-world buildings are built. I just couldn't think of anything else to say about that park; sometimes I tend to over-analyze things a bit. Now . . . on to the over-analysis of the last two entries. . .
Park SIXTEEN gave me a very tranquil feeling with it's use of pastel colors on the buildings & rides. I, too, liked the idea of naming the rides after common Christmas Eve activities, but I think I would have tried to build a small church/cathedral around the spiral slide since it doesn't really fit with it's "Go to Midnight Mass" name. Other than that, a very good entry.

I liked both of the small coasters in park SEVENTEEN; the reindeer coaster (with invisible track) had the reindeer flying in, out & over the small buildings in the park and the toboggan coaster with it's nice looking station building was well-designed. Unfortunately, the miss-mash use of wall & ground textures made this entry look too busy & distracting, and in one corner grass/dirt ground texture had snowy bushes & rocks on it?. Also the maze of underground paths seemed overdone when something simpler would have worked fine.

I was just saying that to a couple friends, not 20 minutes ago!
"Just a few more days til Christmas." I said.
WOW! Time flies when you're not paying attention!

My younger brother and I rather enjoyed "The night santa went crazy"; nicely timed and constructed. I liked the bunkers particularly.
Christmas Eve- The pastel pink and blue was pleasant, but i felt it lacked something. Loved the little activities for Chrsitmas eve, as well as the little strolling walkway in the corner.
the technicolor candy-covered factory was too bright and didn't do much for me architecturally. The boat ride was cool but kinda dull in layout.
the entrance stairs to the santa's workshop one with the elf trams was pretty cool, as well as the elf trams themselves. the main building not so much, but nicely done with the reindeer test flights.
umm... the one with the launched beemer that had a giant dive loop.. the coaster looked good, but probably wold be fatal. =/
the little jet-star type coaster in #17 was wonderful, but the architecture and general mish-mashyness detracted from it.
"Sleigh Ride" was fun and had some nice design elements and archy, but didn't stand out.
The winter holiday boats.. well, i'm not sure what they had to do with anything, but a pleasant little park nonetheless. liked the elf names.
Happy Holidays (i.e. #18) confused me at first, but turned out to be pretty cool. nice concept with the wall and everything, but I'm not sure it was pulled off quite as well as it could have been.

Archy was ok. But the colors looked like stereotypical "Florida".
A few flat rides. Like I said before. Archy doesn't carry a park.
17: Festivities
The archy looked pretty mixed up. Like Thomas Kinkade meets Picasso.
Incredibly looooong queue for a fourty-eight second ride. It just seems
needless. Santa? Why do the flying reindeer disappear into a solid wall?
"Jingle Bells" seems to have a decent kiddie coaster layout though.
18: HappyHolidays
I felt like I was playing Monopoly, and had to go to jail. This looked
very much like a prison, with security walking the parimeter walls.
The coaster was totally underground. Nothing decent to really see
except the guards on patrol and a very little bit of archetecture. All
the rest is placed scenery and pulled up walls that blocked the view.
19: Winter Holiday Boats
Looks like the designer was going for a themed boat ride through some
sort of winter holiday theme. Kinda lacking in the archy department tho.
But at least there were a few other flat rides. Even though there's no
paths to the christmas tree ride. I like the group of performing snowmen.
Only six more parks to go!
