It's not supposed to allow peeps into the park.
But if you just HAVE to let them in. Finish the park, save and zip the final version,
and send it in. You can always open the park with one of the trainers, and
the peeps'll mess it up for you, free of charge.

Aside from a few small issues i'm done with mine.
Q: the peeps seem to be very much opposed to entering my park. they're stuck on the edge of the map. ideas?
Wolfman already answered this, and he´s completely right, so no worries.....

For whenever you need it however, in most cases, it helps if you do "de-own border fence" in 8-cars.
If that is not enough, than in most cases you have to "reverse land-ownership", build a path that connects to the map-edge again, and "Reverse land-ownership" again.

But, before you do...
Build a fence around the tiles on either side so that the fence is one tile away from the path, and leads up to the sides of the gate.
Because, if the path is deleted, the peeps'll scatter like rats. The fence keeps them contained, and they'll eventually disappear off the edge of the map. OR if they manage to find the path again.
I'd like to know, just outta curiosity, (and the sake of discussion,

I think that leaving the gate "closed", would be enogh to keep the peeps out.
Anyway, some players like the peeps. I'm just curious why we have to keep the peeps out, is all.
Seems silly to me to let them pile up on the edge, when they can just turn around and be gone.
