Judging by the name of this file, I assume that this ride was designed to be placed in Ugland in Alton Towers. Ugland has undergone mixed fortunes in recent years, with the addition of RITA confusing the 'prehistoric' theme. The recent replacement of Corkscrew (a ride themed around dinosaur skeleton) by THIRT13N (a woodland ride with a 'dark' surprise) means that Ugland is no more and that this ride won't ever see the light of day.
