The screenshot shows one of the joint winning Stand-Up Steel Coaster called "Hanging Gardens" from the Hasbro official competition.
The download [in zip format] contains the original competition scenario [.SC4 file], the joint winning entries and 3 runners-up [.SV4 files]. The winning ride designs are also included as 5 separate track [.TD4] files.
Tested on RCT+LL version 1.20.013 without the Drexler patch, running on XP Media Center 2005 edition.
