Progressive Tutorials
Website Version

With the start of Winter Break, I finally have more time to complete tutorials, but there's a twist. I've come up with an innovative way for members of the community to interact and help each other. The new tutorials will be based on this principle, and hopefully will be a success.

I. What is it?

A progressive tutorial is a tutorial that will always be evolving as time goes on. I will be starting the topics, and over time, members can give some tips to help each other out even more. If you would like a real-life example, this can be compared to Progressive Jackpot Slot Machine. With each input (post), the jackpot (database of help) becomes greater and greater. The only difference is that everyone wins here.

II. How does it work?

This can be described best with a step-by-step format.

1. I will begin a topic in an individual category. Within this topic will be some of my own tips and tricks.
2. Members of RCT2.com can provide their own input by making a post including their tips/tricks.
3. In order to make it easier to see, I will take the information from your post, and put it in the first post of the topic that has enough room left for quoting. In the quote, will be what you said, and your name to give you credit.
4. Your original post will be deleted in order to keep the topic clear so that new questions/ideas can be easily found.

III. How often will it be updated?

I will try to update these as much as I am able to. Unlike my previous Monday Tutorials, there is no set day or time that this will be taken care of. The only thing I can say here is to keep checking back in these topics to get the up-to-date information.

IV. When will these start?

These tutorials have already started.

V. What if I have a question?

All questions about this new form of tutorail can be asked in this topic. I'll try to make a speedy response. The answers will be answered within the post that you made including the question. See Here for example.

If you would like to help out in any other way, send me a PM by clicking on the PM button below this post.
